Am gatit!

Am gatit! MINUNE! Nu am mai facut-o de mult insa cum colegii mei erau obisnuiti in ani dinainte de plecarea mea in plantatia roz sa fie tratati cu chestii facute de mana mea in casa asa ca anul asta nu aveam cum sa incalc traditia. Deci fura cartofi la cuptor (dupa reteta proprie) - gasisem o alta interesanta insa nu am facut rost de ea in timp util asa ca am mers pe mana mea si daca e sa ma iau dupa timpul de gatare (max 15 min) cred ca fura buni :)), ingredientele pentru zacusca si vinete fura achizitionate din excursia la Paulesti :) iar torturile au fost gatate cu cate 2 feli de persoana, si daca e sa ma iau dupa exclamatii se pare ca nu mi-am iesit din mana si in continuare stiu sa gatesc :)

I cocked! WONDER! I haven't done it in a while but since my colleagues were use in the years before my leaving to pink plantation to be treated with thinks made by me in my own kitchen therefore this year I could not break the tradition. So I made baked potatoes (after my own recipe) - I found another one interesting but since I could not get it in time I got stuck with the one I knew and if I take into consideration the eating time (max 15 minutes) I think they were good :)), the ingredients for zacusca and the eggplants were purchase from the trip to Paulesti :) and the cakes were done with 2 pieces per person, and if I should take into consideration the exclamation around me apparently I still got it and I still can cook :)
